Short Term Rentals

Short term rentals are piano rentals that are for less than six months. Even with short notice, you can rent a piano for a few days, a few weeks, or even a few hours. Many rent from us for weddings, recording sessions, movie shoots, concerts or other special occasions. We offer a wide selection anywhere from vintage art decos pianos to concert grands.

Pricing

Rental Fee (Local Delivery and Pick up weekday)

Upright $1,100 and up
Small Baby Grand (Under 6’0”) $1,500 and up
Medium Grand (6’0” - 6’4”) $1,700 and up
Larger Grand (6'5" - 8’0”) $2,000 and up
Concert Grand (9’0’) $3,000 and up

*The prices above reflect weekday-regular hour deliveries in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. Deliveries up/down stairs, long-distance transportation, as well deliveries that require stage lifting will incur an additional fee. There are also additional fees for special requests (e.g. artcase design, choice of premium brands such as Steinway & Sons) or if you require an on-site piano tuning. Prices are subject to change. Concert Rentals

We offer concert rentals from a superb range of grand and concert pianos with names like Steinway and Yamaha. With our expert in-house movers and technicians, we will tailor the instrument for your concert performance. We also provide same-day tuning and delivery to make sure the instrument meets all your preferences during your rental.
